Spicy colors, sparkling decorative elements, and rich earthy finish reflect tasty Thai Cuisine.  Kathy squeezed all required functional elements, including semi-exhibition cooking, into the 2,700 square foot L-shape space, meeting stringent ADA requirements and maximizing comfortable, flexible seating – all on a stringent budget.

• Evoked origins of the cuisine with multi-colored glass mosaic squares on wrapping columns and shimmering gold and saffron wall coverings highlighting the wall planes. Also, added dimensional Thai art and photography.
• Warmed the space with a paint finish and fabric color palette of spice, curry, eggplant, and sage greens.
• Accentuated vertical volume with custom torpedo-shaped pendants, which filter light through sheer fabric shades.
• Grounded the design with texture through the use of rich mahogany wood tabletops and flooring, and with an earthy slate entry and bar front.
